Below you’ll find all the details about our shipping process:

Processing Time

All orders are handmade and processed within 3–5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Rates and Delivery

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $35 within the United States.

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

Delivery times typically range from 3–7 business days after your order has been processed, depending on your location.

Order Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at themuse@ozarkmuse.com within 7 days of delivery.

We will do our best to assist you, but please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address when placing an order.

Ozark Muse Scent Studio is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
